This website is operated by James Fox, an Indiana licensed real estate broker (License #RB20001454) affiliated with Daniels Real Estate, 3662 W Joppa Ct, Greenfield, IN 46140. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and anything you write in a form or message.
- Basic technical information: our web host may automatically log standard data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and requests, including home value estimates.
- To provide real estate brokerage services you ask for.
- To keep records required by law or by our brokerage.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you, such as with our brokerage, Daniels Real Estate, a form or email service that delivers your message to us, or, with your permission, a lender, inspector, or other professional you ask to be connected with, or when required by law.
Calls and text messages
If you check the optional consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from James Fox of Daniels Real Estate about your inquiry, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing james@realestatewithfox.com or calling 317-625-4950. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing james@realestatewithfox.com. We may keep some records where required for legal or brokerage recordkeeping.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send, but no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or wiring instructions through this site. We will never ask you to wire money by email or text. Always confirm wiring instructions by phone with your title company using a number you look up yourself.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Accessibility
